And The Critics Said…

"This likable performer burst with starry-eyed optimism. An engaging mix of comic clowning and old-fashioned pop sentiment. A dream maker, heartbreaker, she's crossin' you in style.”
- THE NEW YORK TIMES

“Mason has a rich voice that can caress a tune, or belt out a dramatic number.”
- CAPITAL PUBLIC RADIO

“Karen Mason has a powerful voice and rich resonance you associate with Judy Garland or Barbra Streisand. She can sing slow and smoky or fast and punchy with an innate sense of humor... Mason is a poet of the vocal chords.”
- THE INDIANAPOLIS STAR

“I can't remember the last time I was so enthralled at a show. This is one of the most accomplished acts.”
- CURTAIN UP

"MASON brings a freshness that, combined with a sly sense of humor and subtle theatricality, makes these standards irresistible. Backed by Christopher Denny on piano and Bob Renino on bass, her voice is a delightful instrument all on its own."
- THE NEW YORK DAILY NEWS
